  1. Quantum Mechanics:-

  • Quantum mechanics is being used in our daily lives. Quantum mechanics also contributes to the way you use your computer or mobile phone. If the first tool is the MRI machine, the toaster on which you bake bread is the gift of quantum physics. If quantum physics had not been invented and any scientist had not invented it, then the computer would never have existed. The transistor, lighter, laser, digital camera, light-emitting diode, and GPS location are all gifts of quantum physics. Small packets of bundles of are called quanta, in which fixed energy flows in each quanta.

2.Laser :-
  • Monocromatic:- light having single wavelength

  • Coherent :- light travel without changing its phase

  • Highly intensive:- light having single wavelength travle without changing its phase with high power

LASER

L:- Light
A:- Amplitude
S:-Slimulated
E:- Emissions.
R:- Radation

  • A laser is composed of the words light, amplification, stimulated emission, and radiation. The features of a laser are that first we find that a laser is a light with a single wavelength; it is monochromatic; coherent means it travels in a single phase; and it is a high-intensity power laser light. The intensity is such that the light is visible to us. Let us understand how light is produced. Let's see if we fall a photon on an atom, then we forcefully fall on that atom because we need laser light, which we do not get in nature. If we have to make it, the atom will absorb the energy of the photon and, due to the absorption of that energy, the electron in that atom will go from the ground state to the excited state. This is called "stimulated absorption. After that, it is exciting. After this comes spontaneous emission. During this process, the electron remains excited but quickly emits energy in the form of hv. It stays in that excited state for only 10^-8 times, and light is generated due to the photon that emits, but that light is not laser light because the emitted photon travels randomly, so it does not stay in the phase of light. Albert Einstein wrote a It was thought that if a photon was emitted on that electron again when the electron was in the excited state, it would still absorb energy, and it is seen that one photon is emitted while going from the excited state to the ground state, but due to energy absorption in the excited state, it emits two photons. A photon of high voltage energy will be emitted, which will travel in the same phase as laser light and will be coherent and highly intense.

  • 3)Semiconductor:-You see, there are three types of : one is a good conductor; the other two are bad conductors and semiconductors. A good conductor is the one from which electricity flows, like copper, aluminum, or gold, and the one from which electricity does not flow is called a bad conductor, while a semiconductor is the one that gives some heat. Or if cooled, the metal changes from a good conductor to a bad conductor or from a bad conductor to a good conductor, e.g., silicon, germanium.

  • Semiconductors are classified into two types: intrinsic and extrinsic. Intrinsic semiconductor refers to pure metal with no impurities. Current flow begins from that conductor when the heat is increased or diminished. The tetravalent electron is in the metal's outermost orbit in this case. When the temperature rises, an electron becomes free and goes away from its original location, causing current to flow and the hole and free electron at the original location of the electron to conduct metal electricity.
  • Extrinsic semiconductor: a semiconductor in which a small amount of impunity is added to pure metal, causing the metal to conduct electricity. There are two types of impurity. The first impurity in which there is the presence of three electrons in their outermost orbit is known as a p-type semiconductor, and the other in which there is the presence of five electrons in their outermost orbit is known as an n-type semiconductor.

  • Dear friends, Welcome to my website, classmate2022My name is Harshad Nichat and I am also studying in the 3rd year AI branch A section at G.H. Raisoni College of Engineering, Nagpur.
  •  I want to tell you that all the previous year's question papers for the first, second, and third years of G.H. Raisoni College of Engineering, Nagpur have been uploaded. My only purpose behind creating this website or behind uploading the paper is so that everyone can get previous year question papers because I was in 1st year too and I also wanted the paper because, after seeing the previous year question papers, we know the background of that question paper or what type of paper it is. Thus, it helps to know what types of questions will come, and thus your end of semester exam results are good. Another thing is that some questions from previous year's question papers are repeated in your exam, so it is necessary to get previous year's question papers. I am not getting any profit if I do paper work. I am doing paper work only because my hobby is helping others and I am doing it
  •                      If you are also willing to help me, then give me your feedback. How do you like this site? Tell us about what else needs to be implemented in and share the link to this site with your friends and in your group so that everyone can get the previous year's questions paperGet the papers and, if possible,
  •           send me your CAE-1 & 2 END SEM question papers, which will help the students who will take admission next year.
